You know that thing where yoga and meditation are marketed as quiet, harmonious experiences where everyone is super bendy, peaceful, and content? Well, this isn’t that.
Nicole Havelka loves to explore the humanity, spirituality, and strength that arise from mindful practices of meditation and yoga, and her classes reflect that. Nicole is on an ongoing journey to bring anti-racism and awareness of cultural appropriation to her mat. With this holistic, mindful approach, Nicole teaches classes that are welcoming, accommodating, and centering. She has experience teaching group sessions as well as individual coaching,
Nicole meets you where you experience with and hopes for mindfulness collide. She offers both regular online classes and custom private individual or group sessions. After a brief consultation, Nicole will customize a session for your group (or you personally) that might include:
- Yoga
- Meditation
- Breathwork
- Reiki

Nicole is a registered yoga teacher at the 500-hour level with Yoga Alliance, a Reiki master, certified in iRest yoga nidra and other forms of meditation and breathwork, and has a background in youth-focused, restorative, and trauma-sensitive yoga.
