Nicole is on an ongoing journey to bring anti-racism and awareness of cultural appropriation to her mat. Nicole is a Reiki master, certified in iRest yoga nidra and other forms of meditation and breathwork, and has a background in youth focused, restorative, and trauma-sensitive yoga. She is about to complete her 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training, making her a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level through Yoga Alliance.
