Nicole Havelka, Instructor

We all believe many things about how we should relate to our friends, family, and strangers, but we are not always able to live them out. Every day circumstances and stressors prevent us from fully realizing the ideals we imagine for ourselves and our relationships. Join us for these series of yoga classes in which we will grow closer to realizing our “best selves” by identifying those beliefs, then helping them come to life by identifying common stressors and learning simple techniques that bring mind, body and spirit into alignment. We grow into our best selves by accepting where we are in any given moment, challenging ourselves to grow and learning from failure.
