Returning to school this fall may be even more challenging than before. Take just an hour for this online practice in your own comfortable space for a simple restorative yoga practice that will serve even the most wiggly among us! Parents, students, and teachers and anyone who needs a reset before the busy-ness of the Fall will benefit from this restful session!
In this one-hour practice, Nicole will lead you in:
- gentle movement
- restorative yoga (the laying-around kind)
- guided meditation
The great thing about practicing at home is that you can practice just the way you want! So even if you’re a little jittery or wiggly you can feel free to get up, walk around and return to the practice anytime! You don’t have to worry about disturbing anyone else because your sound and video can be muted.
First-time or experienced yoga practioners will find this practice restful and renewing!
Bring your mat, a few blankets, pillows, some paper and something to write with. Find a quiet place to set up your restful yoga space.
